Onam celebration at JBMCTE was held on 30-08-17 . That was one of the most special onam in my life. There was a number of programs on that day. We were divided into 2 groups ; team Ruby and team Emerald. I belonged to Ruby team. The competitions were based on two groups and the competitions were too tight. There were many items for competition such as Athapookala competition, Malayali manka competition, Onapaattu,Vanji paattu, Thiruvathira competition and Folk dance .I also participated in many items. That was for the first time I participated in a folk dance. It was a wonderful and an unforgettable monent for me. As a result of the competition, our Ruby team won and the programme ended successfully
